Yes, custom designs are possible.
Our design team can assist in creating optimized layouts within the limits of the modular system.
The result can be a completely unique size or function-specific mobile home tailored to your needs.
🏦 Can I apply for a loan or state subsidy for a mobile or prefab home?
CSOK (Family Housing Support Program) and the Baby Expecting Allowance
apply only to buildings that are officially registered as residential real estate, which requires the following:

The building must be constructed on a fixed foundation and structurally stable

It must comply with Hungarian energy and building regulations

Must have at least 90 m² of useful floor area (for multi-child CSOK eligibility)

The house must be listed as a residential building in the land registry

The land must have a valid parcel number, building permit, and occupancy certificate
