Transportation & Installation
Transportation costs are not included in the unit price; delivery is always quoted separately.
Before delivery, the customer must prepare a proper foundation to ensure stable and level placement of the mobile home.
Accepted foundation types:
- Continuous strip foundation along the full length of the module, properly leveled, or
- 6-point concrete block / pier foundation using reinforced concrete or concrete blocks (zsalukő), aligned precisely with the module’s load-bearing points.
The preparation and readiness of the foundation is the customer’s responsibility and is required before delivery and crane placement.
