The VISTA II brings clean, modern modular design to a new level. Its exterior combines anthracite metal and wood-effect cladding, while inside you’ll find a bright, spacious, open-plan interior — ideal as an office, fitness studio, guest suite, summer kitchen, or creative workshop.
The large side-mounted panorama window and the wide front sliding door fill the space with abundant natural light throughout the day. Meanwhile, the reinforced steel frame, insulated wall system and premium aluminum glazing ensure true four-season comfort.

Transport & Installation
Transport cost is not included in the listed price and is always calculated separately.
Before delivery, the customer must prepare a solid, level foundation to ensure stable placement of the module.
Approved foundation types:
Strip foundation along the full length of the module
6 reinforced concrete block point foundations, positioned according to the module’s support points
Both options must provide:
Adequate load-bearing capacity
Perfect level alignment
Unobstructed access for the crane truck
The construction of the foundation is the responsibility of the customer, and it must be completed before delivery can take place.
